  1. Now, I’m totally against LLR for their deceptive business practices that made them a ton of money & left tens of thousands of people in huge debt. However, I had to laugh when I read this lawsuit. A guy that worked there for approximately 8 months operating a forklift in a warehouse had his feelings hurt being his boss “barked” orders at him? He was offended because he had to take out the garbage & make palettes? He’s mad because he was assigned to do “menial work”? What does he think driving a forklift is—brain surgery???? It sounds to me like this lawsuit is in retaliation for being fired because he was lazy & didn’t want to work. It is loud in a warehouse—is your supervisor supposed to whisper directions to you? I’d love to see this guy’s prior work history & how many times he’s been fired from other jobs. It would seem to me that another employee yelling “Why are you sitting on your ass?” 5 days before he was terminated speaks volumes. The “pay raise” he got 4 months into his employment was most likely a contractual raise that automatically occurred after his 3 months probationary period. The lawyer that drafted this complaint is kind of amusing, too—talking about his client being the “longest tenured employee” of a 10-12 member team” somehow relieves his client from doing “menial tasks” is absurd. This lawsuit won’t go anywhere. I have a feeling his employment record is not supportive of his self-proclaimed “excellence” and “above” satisfactory performance in the workplace.

    1. Did you read the ENTIRE document and see the blatant racism within it? Please tell me that you just missed that part and you don’t really think that racism is ok.
