If you don’t know who this person is, she’s at the top of the pyramid scheme as a LuLaRoe Mentor.
LuLaRoe’s Katie May Mooney deflects questions from her “team” about the recent LuLaRoe shenanigans, including the lawsuits, new damage policy, mentors & coaches getting orders before everyone else, and GOOB policies and payouts.
In the first screenshot, LuLaRoe’s Katie May Mooney says that “customers are not shopping less in general”. I BEG to differ. LuLaRoe is always touting, whether on TV or in home office calls, how much THEY’VE had in sales this year. But the more crucial question is this: what are the retailers ACTUALLY selling through Bless? I cannot WAIT for the discovery phase in these lawsuits to bring to light exactly HOW MUCH retailers are bringing in for actual sales. To sum up Katie’s response, and in my own words, “you’re not working your business hard enough. You are the failure. Nothing that can happen to or about LuLaRoe will affect your sales”. Same song and dance, darlin’.
Let’s move on NEXT to the NEW damages policy. For those of you that don’t know. retailers now have to pay to SHIP BACK their manufacturer defect and damages, on their own dime. They can only ship back 15 items at a time, no more and no less. The items will be inspected to see if credit will be issued, and if not, too bad, so sad. You’ll not get your items back and you’ll take this as a loss. Oh, and that 30 day notice clause in P&P? Doesn’t mean shit, yet again. There was no notice on this policy change AND it is effective immediately. But is Katie going to address that? NO WAY! To sum up Katie’s response, and in my own words, “This is the new policy. Deal with it. HO has provided the directive and it’s my job, as a high paid mentor, to agree to everything they say. Quit complaining and go earn me some money!”.
Screenshot #3 brings up the fact that uplines get their orders quicker and specially curated by HO. Girl, why you even ASK that question? Katie is not going to answer that honestly for you! This is the one thing that Katie DOES agree to go over, but she doesn’t exactly deny it either. To sum up Katie’s response, and in my own words, “I’ll go live with SOME of my boxes to show you what I actually receive, but the other special ones I won’t.”.
The last screenshot is the most chilling of them all. More information was requested on the GOOB policies and procedures. Katie flat our REFUSES to cover any of this. She REFUSES to talk to people about this. Her time spent away from her family will be spent working for the “betterment and training of those who are staying in the business”. She refers them to the email address that only sends out canned replies and tells them call. To sum up Katie’s response, and in my own words, “You aren’t making ME money. You are no longer worthy of MY TIME. If you can’t MAKE ME MONEY, I want NOTHING to do with you”.
But LuLaRoe’s Katie May Mooney , what happened to that “wonderful sisterhood” that LuLaRoe is all about? What about blessing lives and strengthening families? Right now, some of those families need BLESSED in the form of getting their refunds so that they do NOT lose their houses, so that they can pay off their LuLaRoe debt, or so that they can AVOID filing bankruptcy. Does Katie care about blessing those lives or strengthening those families? Hell to the NO. She only cares about you if you are MAKING HER MONEY. Karma is one angry bitch and Katie’s got a place right smack in the middle of her field of vision.
