I found this will perusing the wild, less-than-wonderful world of LuLaRoe Failures, and I have to say that I’m not surprised by this. LuLaRoe is refusing refunds due to a “Formstack” glitch and couldn’t care less.
Remember in this article I stated that LuLaRoe was intentionally defrauding retailers by deflating their refund amounts? Now, according to this email, they are also denying refunds to retailers if the items did not appear on the formstacks. Many, many times it’s been mentioned that the formstacks were glitchy and even some of the LuLaRoe home office staff themselves stated that they had glitches in them. So for their failure (yet again) to run a robust enough website to handle the actual traffic, they are going to KEEP YOUR MONEY and not return your goods.
Oh Brave Ones, this is PURE and UTTER bullshit. Someone needs to contact an attorney about this shit and find out if there is more than one instance of this edict coming down from LuLaRoe home office. If so, I see another Class action lawsuit coming.
I am astounded and HORRIFIED at the actions of these people…….JUST GIVE HER THE MONEY! The inventory returners played by the rules that YOU WANTED and now you are going to nickel and dime them to death. I can’t stand this!
Ex-retailers, DO NOT STAND for a penny less than what you are owed. Get it all back. The easier that they see this can be accomplished the more they will do it. Do NOT let this happen! If you have any recordings of Home Office staff stating that the glitches occurred or even emails, please send them my way: firstname.lastname@example.org.
LuLaRoe is refusing refunds due to their system glitch is a heinous and egregious tactic. That’s the lowest of the lowest – but it’s LuLaRoe so what can we expect?
