Well, I just got off the phone with an attorney that has filed the FIRST LuLaRoe class action lawsuit (it can be a “class” if the judge deems the suit worthy). Contact Cohn, Lifland and Pearlman. There is also another attorney to which I’ve spoken but they have yet to file. This post will give you all the information on this LuLaRoe Class Action Lawsuit – how to contact one attorney.
I recommend that anyone that is going out of business or has gone out of business to call these attorneys. Only they can deem if your situation will apply to the class action suit or not. I gave my information to them and was told that an attorney would review my information and call me back if I wanted to be a “named” complainant, which I do.
But I have an ace up my sleeve that not many retailers, current or otherwise, will not have. In my state, it is legal to record phone conversations as long as one party is aware of it. I am the “aware” party. And I have all my conversations with LuLaRoe recorded. Trusting these lying, cheating thieves was the last thing I was going to do, so I protected myself.
If you are going to continue to call LuLaRoe to inquire about anything, I HIGHLY recommend recording your calls. Cellular phones make this process EXTREMELY easy, BUT, please check your local laws about recording call before you do.
One recommendation that I can make is for Call Recorder from BoldBeast. A brief description:
Main features
=============================
* Record phone call
* Record voice memo, meeting, lecture etc
* Manage recordings – search, play back, view, delete, add note, share etc
* Save recorded files in the phone or in the removable SD card
* Support MP3, MP4, WAV, 3GP, AMR, AAC formats
* Support cloud drives (Google Drive / Dropbox)
* Many options you can choose, powerful meanwhile light weight and green
Support cloud drives (Google Drive / Dropbox): this is one of the MOST important features. You will not have to worry about losing your calls should your phone malfunction, because the will be copied to the “cloud”. No muss, no fuss
My dear, brave warriors – explore EACH AND EVERY ACTION you possibly can to get the justice you deserve. Do not settle and do not let LuLaRoe win. Even if you’ve sold all your inventory because you could not get the 100% buyback, contact them. It may not matter.
Love, luck and I truly wish all of you the best. Also, feel free to comment or email me should you have any question: lularoefail@gmail.com.
