Good Morning, I am a current employee with Lularoe. I’ve been here for the past two years and in all honesty this has been the worse experience for me. The management is disoriented, favoritism comes into play, and interrogation-bullying is a daily routine for them. I personally can not wait until this business goes under because the whole “big picture” that everyone makes it seem that Lularoe is the big “hit” it’s not. So many independent contractors are closing out their business with the company,. The associates are miserable with how we are treated unfairly. And the only thing that was keeping me here for a while is because of the pay. FUN FACT: The pay was minimum wage but everyone didn’t want to deal with tolerating the leads, supervisors, upper division negativity. Therefore, to keep their associates and the business afloat they needed to increase the pay. But enough is enough and I am worth more than this company will ever be. I hope the truth comes out with others and to speak up about the unfairness at Lularoe or at any work facility.
